Certificate Programme
Cohort 1 opens with twelve weeks of intensive training, starting 3 September 2026. Twelve weeks that put the law, the numbers and the closing skill behind what you already know about property — and a certificate to show for it.

Four things this programme guarantees
Certificate issuance
Finish the twelve weeks and you leave with a certificate from Primus City Realty Academy — issued at the close of the programme.
Taught by people who do the work
Sessions are led by practitioners who close deals, register title and run estates for a living — not by career lecturers.
Graduation ceremony
The cohort closes with a graduation ceremony. You walk the room with the people you trained beside.
Full attendance compliance
Every class counts towards your certificate. Attendance is taken and kept — it is what makes the paper mean something.
Built for people already in the room
- Agents and realtors who want the paperwork knowledge to match their hustle
- Property owners and developers running projects of their own
- Career changers coming into real estate from another field
- Company staff who need one trained, certified person in the room

Before you enroll
Who can enroll?+
Anyone with a Primus City account. If you don't have one, creating it takes about a minute and then you come straight back to this page.
How long is the programme?+
Twelve weeks of intensive training, beginning 3 September 2026.
Do I get a certificate?+
Yes — a certificate is issued at the end of the training, and the cohort closes with a graduation ceremony.
What does attendance mean in practice?+
Attendance is taken every class and full compliance is required. It is the one condition attached to your certificate.
What happens right after I enroll?+
Your seat is reserved and you get a reference by email and text message. Our admissions team then calls you with the full timetable before classes begin.
Can I enroll someone else?+
Each seat is tied to the account that takes it, so they enroll under their own account. Their certificate carries their own name.
Cohort 1 begins 3 September 2026
